Your reservation is guaranteed by credit card that AA Limousines will preauthorize for the amount of the reservation.
At the time of service you may choose to pay by cash, the original credit card or another credit card. If the original card or other payment is not available at the time of service, AA Limousines reserves the right to charge the original card for all charges due.
The customer is responsible for any overtime charges above and beyond the originally scheduled reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
15 or more days prior to the confirmed reservation: Cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked reservation amount.
0 – 14 days prior to the confirmed reservation, or a customer no-show: Cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booked reservation amount.
NOTE: AA Limousines will make every attempt to resell the cancelled reservation. In the event that the time is resold, AA Limousines will refund a pro rated portion of the resold time, up to 100% of the cancellation fee.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
AA Limousines is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for refunding the amount of the reservation affected. The responsible party assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused by them or any member of their party. Alcohol consumption by any person under 21 and/or drug use will terminate the rental and payment for the full rental will be charged to the submitted card. The driver has the right to terminate rental without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client. This vehicle cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity, additional passengers will be denied access.
The responsible party is solely responsible financially and otherwise for any damage incurred to the interior or exterior of this vehicle caused by actions of themselves or anyone invited as their guest. The responsible party is also solely responsible for any injury that may be sustained by their guests or themselves by behaving in less than a respectful and responsible manner. (i.e. Standing while the car is in motion, opening doors, hanging out windows, fighting in or next to car, disrespectful or threatening actions toward driver, changing seats while car is in motion, etc.) AA Limousines has permission to charge such damages to the original credit card. Such damages include but are not limited to: Gum, Burns, Regurgitation, Major Spills, Broken Glassware, Broken Mirrors, Cuts or Tears in Upholstery, etc.
Guests behaving in a less than respectful manner will be let off at the nearest public phone.
AA Limousines is not responsible for items left in cars.
